Engineer's Comments:
1. Only Ducts has inspected as per attached highlighted drawings.Subject to further Ducts
connection and installation approval.
2. Relevant shop drawing is still under Code-C, Contractor sole responsible for any rectification works
required upon the approval of the drawing.
3. All pipe ends to be covered to avoid pipe blockages during casting.
4. All pipes to be restrained not to dislocate during casting.
5. Pipe trench shall be compacted and clean with no stones / debris prior to laying the pipes.
6. Back-filling surrounds the pipes shall be done with clean and soft sand.
7. Attach survey report for pipe invert level and coordinates.
8. Refer to the comments on the attached checklist and shop drawings and comply with.
