Engineer's Comments:
1.Separate WIR shall be submitted for the remaining piping upon completion.
2.There is no surveyor marking provided for the outlets (FD/FCO/SD/WC etc.). Instead, verification is done from the
respective grid lines only.
3.All outlets (FD/FCO/WC/SD etc.) shall be matching with the approved tiling layout. The Contractor will remain responsible
for any modification, at no extra time/ cost tothe project, if the piping is not matching as per the latest approved respective
tile layout drawings.
4.The floor drain, floor clean out, WC piping and pipe riser shall be provided at floor penetration with polystyrene or any
other feasible material, for future flexibility.
5.Contractor shall maintain the water within the pipes to ensure that there are no damages occurs during the civil activities
on the site.
6.Branch piping connection from FD to main line, to be laid at max higher level, in sense to avoid reverse flow through floor
trap. Also avoid steep slope in the branch piping.
