Thanks for your reply on time, it is really appreciated.

You can not process the Life Time Free Yes Exclusive Credit Card for me because of "Credit Policy Parameters of Yes Bank" but same card can be processed on
"Priced basis." Therefore, I would like you to explain me the below points:-

1. According to the RBI Guidelines the term "Credit Policy" of any bank operating in India is often referred as "A documented set of guidelines that
establish the method, terms, and repayment of customer credit and include provisions for collections if the debt is unpaid" which
means that the Credit/Loan limit of any Credit Card/Loan is to be set by a Bank based on various factors taken in to account also if there is any debt,
that has to be collected too. Nowhere, it is mentioned that Annual Charges, Processing Fees, Joining charges, is an integral part of term "Credit Policy".

Therefore please explainme indetailsthat why youcan't process "Life Time Free YesFirst Exclusive Credit Card"basedonthe "Credit Policy Parameters
of Yes Bank" whereas the terms itself doesn't portray anything about "Chagres & Fees"

2.With connuaontothe above menoned, please findthe below menonedscreenshot whichItook fromYesBank website inmonth of February when
the card was applied (Kindly look at the URL, it is from Yes Bank domain only). It clearly proves that the "Yes First Exclusive Card" was being offered on Life
Time Free basis at that point of time.

Ididn't apply fromthere asIalready appliedfromNagerbazar Branchaer discussionwith 2-3 different bank officials(Icangive youthe specific namesif
required) & we all have verbally agreed that it can be given to me as a "Life Time Free". Hence it was also mentioned by the executive in the
acknowledgement slip who came to me to collect the Documents. Acknowledgement Slip is already attached here.
So please further explain me in details how you can clarify that the "Yes First Exclusive Credit Card" can't be given to me in "Life Time Free" basis
when there was an offer ongoing in the website & at the same time your executive came to me, collect the documents & mentioned the card as
"LTF".

If you deny then let me remind you that according to the latest RBI Guidelines dated 21st April you will be violating the rule no:-vii under Point-9 in Chapter-2.
Which says that, "There shall not be any hidden charges while issuing credit cards free of charge"

This particular point clearly suggests that "Life Time Free offer for Yes First Exclusive Credit Card" you have displayed in your website & made a
commitment to me for the "Yes First Exclusive Credit Card" to be given in Life Time Free basis but now you are saying this card could not be "Life
Time Free" which can be referred to as "Hidden Fees" or "Fraudery" which is a clear violation of RBI Guidelines.

I hope that this email finds you in good health.

I would like to draw your attention to a series of miscommunication that has happened with me which should not be tolerated being a reputed bank in India. It
goes as I described below:-

1. I applied for Yes First Exclusive Credit Card from Nagerbazar Branch & at the time of application it has been told to me in writing that it will be Life Time
Free(LTF) for me-->Attached here
2. But in the verification call it was said that it is not Life Time Free, when I asked why they said that there might be a miscommunication & I clearly told them
that I want the card on Life Time Free basis as communicated at the time of application.
3. After that I got several calls from Yes Bank stating the application number why I'm not proceeding with the application since it will be Life Time Free for me
as it was communicated to me on the first place.
4. If you see the trailing mail, I communicate this first to the Local Nodal Officer along with the Customer Care people from my end where a reference number
was provided to me without any resolution.
5. Then I sent the mail to Principal Nodal Officer with the the acknowledgement attached and a 7 days of time frame was taken for the investigation.
6. However, within 4 days i got the below revert which says that "Basis on our investigation we wish to submit that there was no false commitment provided
by sales executive pertaining to YES First Exclusive Credit Card application."
7. When I chased them back with a warning of escalating the scenario to RBI, they again send an e-mail "We wish to inform you that we are investigating
matters with concerned department and request you to allow us 7 working days to get back to you in this regard."
Now my simple question to you:-

1. On the first place If PNO was so much sure that no false commitment was made during application then why they have again taken 7 more working days
to investigate this matter? Isn't that just wasting everybody's precious time?
2. Doesn't it really prove that PNO sat idle in this issue for 4 days & replied just for the sake of replying & didn't investigate anything at all??
3. If anyone of this above point is true, then my question is What basically PNO is meant for?? Do they really work or pretend to work?

Now apart from all this I also raised my Voice in Twitter, let me tell you what I got from there:-

1. When I raised my voice in Twitter, I got the same reply on the first place that they are investigating.
2. Then they came up with the same Resolution that no False Commitment was done by the sales executive.
3. When I attached the Proof of the acknowledgement then they said will come back to me within 7 working days, same as PNO.
4. After a lot of reminders, they came with some clarification which says that I'm not eligible for a Credit Card of Yes Bank since I'm not Credit
Worthy(Pasted below) which is very funny because in the verification call every time, I was said that I just need to give the confirmation for a Yes First
Exclusive chargeable Credit Card.
5. Even now in your website if you track the application then you would see that it is still in progress. (Pasted beow)
6. Now that's all being said let me tell you how many Credit Card worth how much Credit I do hold:-
a. HDFC Diners Club Black-->7,73,000-->LTF
b. ICICI Bank Sapphiro-->8,00,000-->LTF
c. IDFC First Bank-->9,28,000-->LTF
d. One Card-->4.65,000-->LTF
e. Indusind Bank Legend Credit Card-->5,00,000-->LTF
Do you really think all these banks are stupid so they offered me these much of limit if I'm not Credit Worthy?
My Cibil Score is 790+ and still if you think I'm not Credit Worthy, then you will have to explain me "Why" according to the RBI guidelines.

My outmost disappointment comes out when I see that during all these communications in Twitter at least 4-5 times they said that "You will be contacted soon
by our Executive" but nobody has called me ever. Do they make fake promises in twitter just to pretend how much do they care for us!!!
Is it the way how Yes Bank treats their customers.

My last submission:- If this matter doesn't get proper attention from the concerned authority who has the power to take decision, then I will have to escalate
this case to RBI with all the facts & figures. I will wait for your wise judgement till early next week.

N:B:-Please note that I have the ID Card along with all the communications recorded of the Yes Bank Employees of Nagerbazar branch who was coordinating
with me for the application. Till now I have not disclosed anything to anybody but if this matter is not handled properly by the concerned authority, then I will
have to do it, so please don't force me to go there.

Have you seen the Acknowledgement Slip which I attached to this email??
It is clearly seen that he has written the "LTF=Life Time Free" there which I asked him to write specifically for this moment.
He has agreed & wrote that because he was also too much sure during the conversation with his boss.
In that case how you are saying that "No false commitment has been made"

if you don't have any answer for then let's take this in a very simple way:-

If you can't do anything then I will lodge an official complain this to RBI CMS also will loop this mail in with RBI officials along with all the ID Card, Conversations,
along with this Acknowledgement Slip. I want them to see how Yes Bank is functioning in India.

Please let me know within the next 1 working day about your decision so that I can go to the next level.

Please have a look at the trailing mail which I sent this almost 2 months ago with all the facts & features but nobody has replied!!!

While I made multiple calls to the Yes Bank Customer Care where the along with the reference number #CYES090322010453, but till now no resolution has been
provided by you.

The commitment has been made to me to provide a Life Time Free Yes First Exclusive Credit Card with application number#2202122367506 in black & white by
the Yes Bank executive & not by any third-party agency but in the verification call I had to listen that it is chargeable which is not at all acceptable.

As of now I'm attaching the Acknowledgement slip here which has been provided me by the Yes Bank executive at the time of collecting the documents.
I have even the ID Card details along with all the conversations of the person who sent the Yes Bank executive to my home stating that it is a "Life Time Free"
Credit Card therefore , please don't force me disclose all these details, else this matter can be further escalated to RBI.

Please note that the below application reference number is for the Yes First Exclusive Credit Card.

The physical application was taken from me from Yes Bank Nager bazar branch with a Life Time Free commitment along with 0 Joining fee based on my existing
relationship with HDFC for Diners Club Black Credit Card statement.

However, when the verification call came it was said that the Card is not free of cost which is a total miscommunication happened from the Bank's side. I clearly
told them I need to have LTF Credit Card since at that time there was an offer ongoing in Yes Bank's official Website.

Now I received the below mentioned mail which is asking me to give the consent for my Home & Office address & I would like to re-iterate that this Card has to
be a Life Time free as committed in the conversation between me & Yes Bank Nager bazar branch officials.

In between I again received one more call from a person who claimed himself as Yes Bank representative and ask me that where I'm stuck with the application
number since this card is a free of cost & I should go ahead with this mail & gave another call after 2 days.

Therefore, I'm giving my consent to get this card as a Life Time since this was committed to me at the time of signing the application.
Before I finish off, let me re-iterate this card has to be a Life Time Free card else you all will force me to escalate this issue to the next level & even I will take this
to the baking ombudsman. .
