We are looking for Software Trainees who are motivated, passionate about programming,
result-oriented, believe in leading from the front, and are always willing to go the extra mile.
The role requires a talented, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic.

Job Description:

* Highly proficient in logical & programming skills.

* Must understand programming languages like C, C++, JAVA, Python, or any other.

* Must understand database concepts.

* Mobile Apps development knowledge will be an added advantage.

Required Qualification & Soft Skills:

* Students from 2021 batch BTech (CS/IT)/MCA/BSc (Computer Science) with an aggregate of
60% & above marks in all exams -10th, 12th, and Graduation.
* Students meeting the above criteria will only be eligible to appear for Written Test.
* Excellent Verbal & Written Skills
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

* Should be self-motivated, detail-oriented & responsible team player.

Hiring Terms & Conditions:


* Students will join TechAhead as Software Trainees for 6 initial months.
* After successful completion of Training, the Student will be issued an appointment letter to
join as a full-time employee.
* Students will be required to produce their degree certificate at the time of joining as a full-
time employee. After one year we will promote as an Associate Software Engineer

Remuneration would be:

• From joining – 0 to 12 months – CTC 3.00 LPA


• After 1 year - 13 to 24 months – CTC 5.00 LPA which includes a retention bonus variable
of Rs. 1 Lac to be held back and to be paid only on completion of a total of 2.5 years of
work.
• There will be a mandatory service agreement of 24 months, implemented from the date
of joining the organization.
