A RESOLUTION TO REQUEST FOR PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE (PTV) TO HON.
TIMOTEO M. GALANZA MUNICIPAL MAYOR, PARTICULARLY WESTERN
BARANGAYS UNDER THE MUNICIPALITY OF GAMU.
WHEREAS, the Western Barangays including Barangay Union experienced lack of mobility
transporting patients in emergency situations to nearby hospitals, clinics, and health Facilities due to
the absence of Patient Transport Vehicle. (PTV)
WHEREAS, The Patient Transport Vehicle includes transporting the patient from the incident site to
the emergency room of the receiving hospital for definitive care, transferring the patient to another
hospital for further diagnostic and treatment purposes and, as a special health service, rendering
emergency medical care and life support to sustain the stability of the patient in transit to and from the
hospital.
WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation, the members of the Sangguniang Barangay approved the
consensus of the said matter.
THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Rodel M. Ramos, Committee Chairman on Health, duly
seconded by all, it was;
APPROVED Unanimously this 24th of June 2024 at Barangay Union MultiPurpose Hall, Union,
Gamu, Isabela
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to furnished copies of this resolution to the Office
of the Municipal Administration and to all agencies concerned for their information and appropriate
action.
