found to be involved, PSI Sahiba prepared a complaint and presented the case rate to get it
registered and after getting it done, the case was registered by PSI Sahiba.

Statement of complainant Madhu Garg on 19.05.2021 under Section 164 D.P.C. Registered in
the Honorable Court which is as follows. This is from 23.03.2021. I and my daughter went to my
brother-in-law's house. My brother-in-law was sitting at the shop. I greeted him (Ram-Ram). He
also laughed and said Ram-Ram. I said sit down. He said, sit down, my brother-in-law's name is
Satish, I have given Rs 5 lakh to Satish. I asked Satish, my brother-in-law, to return that money
because I have to get my daughter married, that's why I used to give installments to Satish, so
that my money gets deposited with him. Satish got angry after hearing the name of the money
and said that sister's maid

we went the next day, we gave our report to the Ladies Police. My brother-in-law is associated
with Satish of both Ramphal and Vijay. They threaten us to withdraw our complaint, they will

Sahiba took the complainant along with her and inspected the incident site on 23.05.2021.

Did this and prepared the map as per the instructions of the complainant. Mark A on the map
marks the place where the incident is said to have occurred. After getting the map ready, PSI
Sahiba installed CCTV cameras around the incident site. Inquired about the presence of cameras
but there was no CCTV around the incident site. When the camera was not found installed, PSI
Sahiba tried to contact the eyewitnesses nearby but could not find any eyewitness to the incident.
During the investigation, PSI Sahiba kept the photo of complainant Madhu Garg's blouse in a
yellow envelope and sealed it and seized it as evidence.

Complaint lodged with police and lodged in Malkhana. Recording of conversation made on
mobile phone by complainant Madhu Garg and his nephew Mukesh Garg, son of Ramphal Garg.
CD presented by Mukesh Garg. A case was filed against the police by taking Barve Fard Khapar
as evidence and the mobile phone used by Mukesh Garg was Redmi 7A Color Black IMEI No.
862183041832198 & 862183041832206 were kept in a yellow envelope and sealed with EY,
Barve Fard possession was taken as evidence to the police and registered as Malkhana and the
complainant Madhu refused to give her phone saying that

we cannot deposit this phone nor buy a new one. Due to which the phone of the complainant
could not be seized by the police. The case will be investigated further by the commanding
officer, Mr. SHO, when the mind was handed over to the ASI, the ASI informed the accused
Satish Kumar Garg, son of Birkha Ram Garg, address, house no. D-16/318, Sector-3, Rohini,
Delhi and Ramphal Gupta S/o Birkha Ram Address House No. D-14/111, Sector-7, Rohini,
Delhi which belongs to the above two accused.

After getting anticipatory bail by the Honorable Court, ASI formally arrested the above two
accused after interrogation and case in Haja and accused Anu Garg wife Satish Garg and Vijay
Kumar Garg son Birkha Ram Garg, address above Khana No. Interrogation was carried out from
12. After the interrogation, no evidence was found against both of them to warrant arrest and
challan, after which separate interrogation reports of both were written and completed. Whose

There is a family dispute due to which both the parties keep making allegations against each
other. Regarding which Anu Garg, wife of accused Satish Garg, also filed FIR no. 02.06.2021.
0220/21 Section 354/509/34 IPC A case has been registered against Madhu Garg, Subhash Garg
and their daughter Jyoti Garg in South Rohini police station. The investigation of Sue Haja has
been completed. From the investigation so far and from the statement of the witnesses, the
statements have been made under section 164 of D.P.S. Ramphal Gupta S/o Birkha Ram Garg,
Khana No. Case filed against 11 Haja challan under Section 173 D.P.C. It has been prepared and
sent to service as per. Both the accused are released on court bail. the accused
