Introduction of the
project
The impact of computers and internet, on our lives today
Is probably much more than we really know. Getting
Information and quickly turning it into a product that
consumers want is the essential key to staying in business
and all of this is done nowadays using computers and
applications or information systems. And the information
systems will continue to change businesses and the way
we live. Many corporate leaders are using technology to
manage every aspect of their organization, from product
creation to customer service. It has brought evolution in
almost every field, it changed the ways of teaching,
administration of activities such as e-learning, e-library
and online portals where teachers and students
communicate, and sharing of information has never been
better. Student result declaration and management are
amongst the most important activities within a school or
any educational institution, since all other activities
depend on it. Hence implementing an information system
can be declared a significance
Main components of
project
The student result management system will
have the following components.
Marks Table: - This table will store the results
Of the students of each class.
*Student's Detail table*: - This table will store
The address and contact details of all the
students of a school.
*Relationship*: Both the tables (stude) will
be linked to each other using relationships.
*Form: - Form is created to input the records
in the
table.
*Query: - various types of queries will be
performed on the table according to the
requirements.
* Report: - report of each student will be
generated.
Creating a database
• After clicking on finish , in save and
proceed click on finish and then a
dialog box will appear to save the
database
• Save the database named
“studentdetails”
After that click on the create a table in
design view

• After clicking on the create a table in
design view
• A blank table opens in a design view , then
type the fields name keep Admission_No as
primary key.
• Save the table by either pressing the save
button the top left corner or simply use
shortcut command ( ctrl+S or CMD+S)
• After saving the table, fill in the details
• Save the record
Creating table assignment

• Click on create a table in design view
then enter the fields name and save the
table named “Assignment_Master”
• Save the table and fill the records
• save the table.
• Now our table “Assignment_Master” is
ready
• Creating a relationship between both
the tables
Creating allocation
• Create a table by using design view
named “allocation”
• Save the table and fill in the details
Create forms using wizard
• Open create forms in wizard
• Select the student_detail table and
choose the record to create form
• Arrange the controls of your forms
• All the record will be automatically
filled in the table
• Create form for the assignment_master
table, again click on create form using
wizard and then select your fields
• Arrange the control of your forms
• The records will automatically be filled
Creating report
• Create a report using wizard
• Select the fields you want to add in the
report
• After completing all the steps your
report for student_details and
Assignment_master will ready
