1. Terms & Condition
1. Deductibles/Time Excess: 24 Hours (Cancellation is allowed 24 hours prior flight time)
2. Policy Period:
• Policy Start date/Risk inception date: Booking Date and time
• Policy End date/Risk end date: flight Date less time excess
3. Age of Acceptance: 2- 90 years
4. Covered Airlines: Indigo, Air India, Vistara, Spicejet, Air Asia, Akasa. Other airlines are declined.
5. Sum Insured Basis: Indemnity (If customer air ticket cancellation charges are 2000/-, only 2000/- will
be paid in claim same way suppose 4000/- are the cancellation charges then maximum 3600/- can be
claimed.
6. No. of claims: Max: 1 claim per flight per passenger.
7. Free look period: NA
8. Cancellation: Cancellation of policy is not allowed, exceptions to be handled separately.
2. Special Conditions:
1. The premium will be for per traveller per Sector. (For ex. If you and your friend are traveling (one way)
from Bangalore to Delhi. Premium will be 2*1*(Price of the product))
2. The product cover only first leg of multi city trips or stop over flights.
3. We will consider round trips as 2 single trips.
4. For any change of plans which can lead to cancellation, communication needs to be sent 24 hrs before
departure.
5. No Show and cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled flight date and time is not covered.
6. We cover Partial Passenger Cancellation. For instance, if you and your friend are travelling, and
because of an important meeting only you have to cancel, we will honour your claim. Later if your
friend also decides to cancel, his claim will also be considered. However, there needs to be a
difference of at least 10 min between the intimation of these 2 claims.
7. We cover Partial Leg Cancellation in case of round-trip. For instance, you plan to visit Goa for 2 days,
but decided to not return & cancel the return flight, we will honour your claim.
8. Only cancellation is allowed, date change is not.
9. Service fee charged by OTA are not covered.
10. We will not be able to cover you if you cancel directly with the airline.
11. We will show premium for up to 90 days of flight from the booking date.
12. The program is for Economy class fare only.
13. The program is for Domestic flights only.
14. Cancellation cover to be offered at the time of purchase of flight tickets by the customer and cannot
be offered afterwards.
15. Insurance policy premium charges are non-refundable.

Insured or someone claiming on insured’s behalf must inform us or ASAP in writing immediately and in any
event within 30 days from the date of accident and submit all documents to us within 30 days from the date
of intimation
