Job description :
- Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time, quality control and being
accountable for project direction
- Ensured accurate setting out and leveling of the works are in accordance with the drawings/
specifications.
- Supervised construction and building works are as IS standards
- Produced and logged photographic records.
- Surveyed the construction site to ensure the finished grades were as per design.
- Attended construction progress meetings with Clients and senior Engineers. -
Strategic planner and creative problem solver.
- Good organizational and analytical abilities.
- Flexible to work across all areas of the business, and hours to meet the requirements of the
challenging position
- Client handling experience and contractor Management.
- Delay Management and Time Management.
- Capable of Managing projects in all stages.
- Supervising construction and building works as per QCS and I.S standards.
- Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget Technical
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience
- B Tech/BE - Civil
- Flexible to site visits.
- Good Communication - Local Languages.
Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, STAAD-PRO, Revit Architecture, MS Office, MS Project
