Surface Preparation:
Thorough cleaning of the terrace surface to remove dirt,
dust, grease, and any loose particles.
Repairing of cracks, joints, and surface irregularities
using suitable repair mortar or epoxy filler.
Grinding and smoothing of the surface to ensure proper
adhesion of the epoxy coating.
Priming:
Application of a suitable epoxy primer to enhance the
bonding of the waterproofing layer.
Waterproofing Coating:
Supply and application of epoxy-based waterproofing
coating in multiple layer
Final layer to be applied with a non-slip finish
Total Amount 985,000.00
Note:
1.0 Quotation valid only for 7 days
2.0 Electricity ,water and storage for the work to be arranged by the Client.
4.0 Rs. 500,000.00 advance on confirmation.
