JOB TITLE: Data Entry Clerk Entry Reservation Caution: CEM74031X2024

Your Ref: Florence Wangui Mithamo / AK0150131

Our Ref: Hugo Technologies Company-Canada

Dear, FLORENCE WANGUI MITHAMO-KENYA

This is in reference to your application for a job opportunity in Canada waiting for temporary residence
visa to Canada (Visitor / Student /Worker).

I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted to your potential employer as referenced
above and submitted to our system for further process. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa
or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an
examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the
requirements of this Act.

I have reasonable grounds to believe that you have not yet submitted all the requirements put upon you by
section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. You have not yet submitted some of your
required documents to the employer and the abiding agency to complete the entire process to work in
Canada.

Specifically,

Pursuant to paragraph 10(2)(c.1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations:

10(2) The application shall, unless otherwise provided by these Regulations

(c.1) if the applicant is represented in connection with the application, include the name, postal
address and telephone number, and fax number and electronic mail address, if any, of any
person or entity — or a person acting on its behalf — representing the applicant

Based on your employment submissions, I have concerns that you have been given 30 days from this date
to facilitate the submission of your most important traveling documents as per Canada Laws (ELTs
Report/Bank Statement/Yellow Fever Vaccine Document/Title deed or Lease).
NB: The copies should be sent differently as PDF files for Attestation.

Please note that if it is found that you have not yet submitted all the requirements including your
travelling document (s) by the set deadline, your application for a temporary resident/work visa, you
may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection
Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five
years according to section40(2)(a):

40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation
(a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts
relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in
the administration of this Act

40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1):

(a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible

for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a
determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under
subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the
removal order is enforced.

I would like to give you an opportunity to fasten your processes. I will give you 30 days from the date
of this letter to make efforts in this regard. If you do not respond to this request within the time
outlined above, your application will be refused and employment offer letter present with us be
terminated.

Please note:

If you were issued an offer letter and other employment required materials, it is no longer
considered valid for travel until all requirements are produced to the issuance of your Work
Permit and the Canada visa.

All documents must be in either English or French. Any documents not in English or French must be
accompanied by a certified translation.

Should you be unable to provide the information and/or other documents requested you must advise us in
writing detailing the reasons why you cannot provide the document/information requested via your
traveling agent, host and employer.
You must provide these document(s)/information within the timeframe indicated in above.

Attention: The unique entry reservation identification number in the upper left corner of this letter is
your personal identification number assigned when selected for the job opportunity via your employer.
For your own protection, do not allow any person, other than an authorized representative, agent and
host, to use this number as it provides access to personal information on your file.

This message has been submitted to your employer, host, agent and registered account.
By submitting your application electronically through your agency, you have agreed to receive
correspondence electronically.
