immoveable property and settling in different parts of the state. The abrogation led

 Abrogation of article 35a will effects the cultural identity and economic
opportunities of J&K by outsiders especially the Dogra people of Jammu, as
it has protected them from domination by elites and affluent outsiders.
 Article 370 abrogation lead to abrogation of special status of J&K now they
are under the constitution of India. It will also abrogate the 35a which allow
Indian citizen to purchase land and permanent settlement in the state.
 J&K won’t have separate anthem, flag and constitution.

It is an internationally recognized disputed territory could be solved through a

plebiscite fallowing the guidelines of UN. Although the acts was completely
negated by the people of the region and severe reactions have been shown, to
counter that India has changed the region into biggest jail. By abrogating article
370 and 35a, India has used the tunnel to apply the Indian constitution on the state.
It will change the relation of the state with the rest of India and will effect the
culture, identity, demography and politics of J&K. India has used the great
replacement to achieve the political agenda and to extinct the different identity of
the region . By abrogating both the articles it has replace the special status as well
as the identity, which are now under the jurisdiction of Indian constitution like the
rest of Indian states.

Delimitation:
It is a process of demarcation of boundaries of constituencies of parliamentary or
assembly carry out to ensure that each constituency has approximately equal
number of voters. The process is carry out after each census so that all the equal
number of voters should have one representative in Lok Sabha as well as state
assemblies. Overall population of Jammu and Kashmir according to 2011 census
has 68.8% of Muslims. Jammu, a Hindu majority region 62.6% of Hindus and
33.5% of Muslims while the Kashmir, a Muslim majority region have 94.4% of
Muslims population and 2.5% of Hindus

majority region by increasing six seats while the Kashmir, a Muslim majority
region was given 47 seats with an increase of just one seat and 24 seats were
reserved for Kashmir administered by Pakistan, with a total strength of 90 seats
from 83. Pakistan, OIC, opposition parties as well as the Communist party of India
has criticized the move from different perspectives. It will change the political
future of the region, a Muslim majority region will be represented by Hindu. The
biggest take away from the recommendations of the commission is that it will
change the demography and have a disproportionate or wrong number of ACs as
per the population.

India in the disputed region of J&K first used the tunnels of article 370 and 35a to
bring the state under the jurisdiction of Indian constitution which will be
administered just like the other states of India and have no cultural identity and a
separate status. Indians now can settled there and buy property. With the
delimitation, the demography, political future and representation will be changed
as Muslims majority region will be represented by Hindu and will be directly
administered by ruling BJP. Although in this case no immigrants were brought
with the aim of to achieve a political agenda but delimitations were carried out and
to extinct the cultural identity special status were removed. The above two acts are
interconnected which verify the assumptions of Great Replacement Theory of
replacing the political power and identity.
