ABSTRACT
The Zoo Management System project aims to enhance the operational efficiency and visitor
experience of modern zoos through a comprehensive digital platform. This system integrates
functionalities such as animal information management, ticket booking, visitor feedback, and
staff communication within a centralized interface.
Key features include a detailed animal information module that allows administrators to manage
records of various species, complete with multimedia content. The ticket booking system enables
visitors to purchase tickets online, choose visiting dates, and receive digital tickets, with options
for cancellation and rescheduling. An integrated payment gateway ensures secure transactions.
Visitor feedback functionality allows for the submission of reviews and suggestions, helping zoo
management continuously improve services. A contact section facilitates direct communication
between visitors and staff.
The administrative dashboard provides tools for monitoring ticket sales, managing staff
schedules, tracking animal health, and analyzing visitor feedback, enabling data-driven decision-
making.
By leveraging modern web technologies, the Zoo Management System creates an integrated
platform that enhances both zoo management and visitor engagement, ultimately improving
operational workflows and customer service.
From an administrative perspective, the Zoo Management System provides a comprehensive
dashboard for zoo managers to oversee daily operations. This dashboard includes features for
monitoring ticket sales, managing staff schedules, tracking animal health and maintenance logs,
and analyzing visitor feedback. The system’s reporting capabilities enable data-driven decision-
making, ensuring that the zoo operates smoothly and efficiently.
In conclusion, the Zoo Management System project harnesses the power of modern web
technologies to create an integrated platform that enhances zoo management and visitor
engagement. By addressing the specific needs of both administrators and visitors, this system
aims to improve operational workflows, provide better customer service, and enrich the overall
zoo experience. As zoos continue to evolve, such technological advancements will play a crucial
role in ensuring their sustainability and success in the digital age.
