employee currently working in the company will not be able to handle the new technologies and
its lead to the wastage of time. To solve this issue, we are developing a platform for the different
companies in which it includes the training suggestions for the old age employees, as we are
developing a platform in which employee will get a proper plan for studying new technologies
and it will help manager and company to save time and huge losses.
Solution: Action Plan is a web-based solution which is basically building employee retention
applications that will serve the goal of upscaling and rescaling employees in this very fast-
growing technological world. MERN stack will be used to implement the suggested system. The
acronym MERN stands for MongoDB, Express.JS, React.JS, and Node.JS. It is an open-source
framework used in the creation of mobile apps and dynamic websites. MERN, then, is a collection
of four potent technologies. A "stack" refers to the combination of these technologies. This
system will be developed and implemented by the MERN stack.
