Dear All,
Please find below revised closure process for Third Party Release/Death Case Release to be followed by the
branches
Third Party Release Death Case Release

f) Hard copy of all the executed documents should be filed in a separate box file labeled as “Third party
release or Death Case release” closure file for verification by audit.
Note: Without Legal team approval closing of Gold Loan in the system is strictly prohibited.
