Importance of Penis
Size
Many will lie and say “size doesn’t
matter” when in fact it does matter.
Women are subconsciously
programmed to desire men with a
bigger penis. It is a sexual dimorphic
trait that women deeply desire. Some
women will even lie and tell there
husbands that they don’t care about
penis size and their happy with what
they got, but this could not be further
from the truth. Multiple studies have
shown that most heterosexual women
fake orgasms.
The reason being is because most men
not only don’t know how to satisfy a
woman, but their penis isn’t even big
enough to give her a orgasm on a
regular basis. The average penis size
falls short of what’s required to get
the job done. Which will be discussed
later on in this guide. However, the
fact of the matter is you don’t want to
fall into the category of men that can’t

Determining Penis
Size
As a man you fall in one of the five
categories of penis size. Which are
Size 1, Size 2, Size 3, Size 4, and Size 5.
Each of these categories differ not
only in size, but also in the capability

based on which category you are in
there’s a minimum, ideal, and
maximum size women prefer. I will
breaking down each category
throughout this chapter so that you
know where you are and whether you
need to improve or not.
Size 1
If you fall into this category then you
need to start making an effort to grow
your penis asap my friend. Being in
this category will ultimately cause
embarrassment and a constant
struggle of not being able to pleasure
women. Around 5% of men are in this
category. The size range of men in this
category ranges from 5.5cm (2.2’)
when flaccid and up to 10cm (4’) when
erect, and 10cm in girth when erect.
Size 2
Men that fall into this category are on
the low average side of things. If you
fall into this category you are better of
than the first category, but still not
anything to brag about. About 20% of
the population falls within this
category measuring 5.5 to 8cm
(2.17’/3.15’) when flaccid and 10 to
13cm (3.93’/5.12’) when erect in
length. Being at this size means that
you will still have to do a lot of work to
improve your size.
Size 3
This is the average range most of the
population fall within this category.
Which is around 50% of the
population measuring 8 to 10.5cm
(3.15’/4.13) when flaccid and 13 to
16cm (5.12’ to 6.3’) when erect in
length. While measuring 11 to 12.5cm
(4.33’/4.92) in girth when erect. Men
that fall into this category will mean
that you will still need to improve your
size a bit in order to be in the ideal
range.
Size 4
Falling into this category should not
be a major concern, as being in this
category means that you are above
average. Men within this category
make up 20% of the population.
Ranging from 10.5 to 13cm (4.13/5.12’)
long when flaccid and 16 to 19cm
(6.30/7.48’) when erect. If your within
this category then you probably are a
lot closer to being in the ideal range
than most men. You may have tweak a
couple of things or you may not. We
will dicuss the ideal size later on.
Size 5
Only 1 in 20 men fall within this
category. Which is roughly 5% of the
population. Men in the category
measure more that 13cm (5.12’) when
flaccid and more than 19cm (7.5’)
when erect. Being in this category
means that you are well within the
ideal size and possibly within the
maximum size that women prefer. You
probably will not need to improve size
in length or girth if your in this
category.
The Minimum Size
The minimum size range that women
prefer is 15.24 to 17.27cm (6/6.8’)
when erect in length and 12.7 to 13.97
(5/5.5) in circumference when erect. If
you are within size 3 this is very
attainable with the correct habits. if
your size 1 or 2 it will take a lot of
hardwork to achieve this size.
However, if your able to, this is the
minimum size range that you should
try to achieve that will give women
pleasure.
The Ideal Size
The ideal size that women prefer that
will give them regular orgasms is
18.415 to 20.955cm (7.25/8.25’) in
length when erect and 15.875 to
16.51cm (6.25/6.5’) in circumference
when erect. This is very achievable for
size 4 and size 3 with hard work.
The Maximum Size
The maximum penis size that women
prefer is 21.59 to 22.86 (8.5/9’) in
length when erect and 17.145 to
17.78cm (6.75/7’) in circumference
when erect. Men within size 5 are
already at this range size 4 men can
achieve this with hard work.
How To Measure
Length
The length of your penis is the distance
between the tip of your head to where your
penis connects to your abdomen (measuring
the top of the penis, not the bottom).

You should measure your member when it is


flaccid, and then when it is erect. Make sure
that when you're measuring your erect penis,
that it's as hard as you can possibly get it.

Length measurements should be done with a


ruler, and don't press it into your belly. Just
place the ruler against the skin of your
abdomen.

The circumference of your penis is the
distance around the thickest part of the

If your within the rarity of size 5 then

has to be strengthened and will get
stronger with time. There are several
different ways that Kegel exercises
can be done. All will give you stronger

don’t have to be done all in one
sitting.

Before beginning the exercises you should
warm up. To this use simple contractions.

Contractions : Begin by warming up,

especially being a beginner.
Eventually you should try to work up
to forty sets.
Kegel Exercises
Kegel Workout #2 – Flutters: flutters
are like standard contractions just
done faster. The contractions will not
be as tight and sustained. The
relaxation will not be full. This exercise
is meant to be rapid contracting and
relaxing.

Try to sustain the flutter exercise for


one minute, and then rest for one to
three minutes. Try to repeat this at
least five times.
Kegel Exercises
Kegel Workout #3 – Flex It and Hold It:
The flex and hold is more advanced than
the previous exercises, but properly
warmed up this exercise is great. The flex
and hold is done by contracting the PC
muscle tightly, and hold there for a
count of ten (longer if possible). This will
be difficult to do at first, but once you’ve
worked up to it your PC muscle will be
incredibly fit.

Do the Flex and Hold three to four times


each day, and allow yourself to relax for
one minute between flexes.

You should be warmed up before
performing any of these exercises.
You will warm up your penis with a
warm wash cloth, shower or bath for
5-10 minutes.

For the majority of the exercises your


penis should be flaccid. Meaning

The Basic Stretch
1. Grip your penis behind the head and gently pull
downward. Hold the stretch for roughly 30 seconds.
2. Repeat in the following directions and hold each stretch
for 30 seconds.
Right
Left,

Straight Out

The A Stretch
Step 1: .Hand 1: Grip the penis an inch below the glans and
pull straight out. Be sure to retract any skin away from the
glans before setting your grip.
Step 2. Hand 2: Place your arm underneath the stretched
penis.
Step 3. Hand 2: Grab the wrist of arm 1. (For more force,
push upwards with your entire arm.)
Step 4. Hold for 20-30 seconds for each repetition.
The recommend beginning repetition count for this exercise
is 5.

Double Stretch
1. Grasp the penis an inch behind the glans with the first
hand.
2. Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable
stretch limit is reached.
3. With second hand, grip shaft with a standard OK-grip an
inch above the base, and pull backward towards the base.
4. Hold the stretch in two directions for 40 seconds rest for
10 seconds then repeat 5 times that’s 1 set. Do 2 sets of
this rest 1 minute after first set.

Gentle Stretch
1. Grasp the penis just behind the glans with standard
OK-grip.
2. Gently stretch the penis forward and for a few
seconds for desired number of reps
3. Repeat step 2 throughout the day during restroom
breaks.

Done
Rotational Stretch
1. Grasp the penis just behind the glans with standard
OK-grip.
2. Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a
comfortable stretch limit is reached.
3. While maintaining the stretch start moving penis in
a circular motion. When holding with the right hand
circle to the left, and vice verca.

Helicopter Shake
1. Bring the penis to 40-60% erection.
2. With your dominant hand(writing hand) grip base of
penis with standard OK-grip as close to the pubic
bone as possible.
3. Make small circular movements with wrist causing
the penis to swing around in circles.
4. Gradually increase rotation speed until making
about 5 big rotations per second. Do this for 30
seconds.
5. Change directions do 2 sets in each direction.

Done
The V Stretch
1. Grasp the penis just behind the glans with standard
OK-grip with first hand.
2. Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a
comfortable stretch limit is reached.
3. Place thumb of second hand (halfway) on the shaft
and gently start pushing down.
4. Hold the stretch forward and downward push for 20
seconds rest 10 seconds repeat 4 times that’s 1 set.
5. Do 4 sets rest 1 minute in between sets
Twisted Stretch
1. Use both hands to twist the penis
2. Grab the shaft below the glans and slowly pull
penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is
reached.
3. Hold stretch for 30 seconds rest for 10 seconds
repeat 5 times that’s 1 set.
4. Do 2 sets change the twist direction between sets.
Alternate hands between sets.

1. Wrap the penis in the template.
2. Place the protector cap over the head of the penis.
3. Insert the penis into the suction bell using the
suction bulb.
4. Put the sealing condom over the shaft.
5. Remove the suction bulb and attach the suction bell
