The HIGH PRESURE DIFFUSER was designed for use with  Small Footprint
Lighthouse Airborne Particle Counters in applications where  Easy System Integration
the sample is under pressure. Standard applications include  International Sales and Service Support
sampling of CDA, Nitrogen and other inert gasses.
 Low Cost of Ownership
Available in Vented or Ported versions, the configuration is
determined by the excess sample gas being vented into the
test area (Vented model) or exhausted outside of the test
area (Ported model). The High Pressure Diffuser will accept
inlet pressures ranging from 30 to 150 psi (2 to 10.3 bar)
and is available with a 1.0 or 0.1 CFM outlet flow to meet
your application needs.

The 5-piece stainless steel design is constructed with
replaceable Fluorocarbon (Viton) O-Rings for easy  Semiconductor Process Monitoring
