Summer Blast 2024…….
Is a 7 week summer program beginning June 24th - August 9th.
Summer Blast will consist of a variety of programs, such as…….
Science, Sports, Arts & Crafts, Summer Brain Gain, Gardening,
Games Room and much, much more!
(Juniors Only) Tuesday and Thursday are field trip days. Members will leave by 9:30 a.m.(approx.) to Camp Collier.
(Sprouts Only) Tuesday and Thursday will be water play day at the club.
Be sure to send your child with the proper belongings. Please make sure belongings are labeled with their name.
Members must have sunscreen, bathing suit, towel, change of clothes and water bottle.
Juniors— Ages 8-13— 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Sprouts— Ages 5-7— 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.
Early drop off option 8AM available.
Breakfast & Lunch is provided by Sodexo. Menus will be provided each week.
Weekly fee must be paid by FRIDAY the week prior to participant attending.
A $5.00 late fee for any payments received after Friday (no exceptions).
Summer Blast is NOT a drop in program.
Important things to Remember:
1. There are NO electronics allowed, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
2. There are phones available for use with Staff permission.
3. Breakfast and Lunch will be available each day. Only cold lunches if you are providing your own child’s
lunch.
4. Please arrive in the morning by 10 a.m.
5. Summer Blast is open Monday-Friday (except Thursday July 4th and Friday July 5th).
6. Please be on time for pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS! Sprouts no later than 3PM If so, late fees will be
applied to membership. Members may not return until late fee is paid in full.
7. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for Bullying.
8. Remember to sign member in and out each day.
9. Please fill out a Swimming/ Field Trip Permission slip (Juniors Only) if you plan on participating on Tuesday and
Thursday.
10. A schedule of activities will be available each Monday. Members are expected to be engaged and
participate in activities.

What to Bring / What not to:
Please be sure to label members belongings
• Sunscreen & Bug spray
• Water Bottle (we only carry a filtered water dispenser)
• Change of Clothes (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Water shoes (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Towel (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Extra snacks or drinks if needed
Appropriate Clothing:
- No clothing with swears, offensive logos or wording, or clothing with reference to drugs or alcohol.
- Shorts need to be appropriate length.
- No spaghetti straps, low cut shirts or shirts with exposed midriffs.
- No see through or mesh clothing.
- Sneakers are recommended. Please do not send member in flip-flops.
PICK-UP ARRANGEMENTS
Because there can be variations in the weekly dismissal arrangements, it is helpful for us to know the general
plans you have made to transport each member at the end of the day.
We are aware that there may be occasional alterations in these plans and would ask that you notify the Intake
Specialist, with a written note when those changes arise.
