Scope of Work Local Architect

> TENDER DOCUMENTATION PHASE

Upon Client's Approval of Design Development by Principal Architect, Local Architect will
develop drawing set as follows :

Deliverables :

 Site Plan

 Architectural Plans

 Architectural Elevations

 Architectural Sections

 Architectural Details

 Interior Plans

 Interior Elevations / Sections

 Interior Details

 Door and Window Schedule and Details

 Material Specifications

 Sanitary Specifications

In this phase, Local Architect will also :

 Assist client to procure and request sample of materials

 Assist client to procure and request mock ups

 Review design related issues of other consultants involved in the project

The drawing shet for this phase will be called TENDER DOCUMENT, to be used for developing
BoQ and choosing contractors/vendors for the project.
> CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION PHASE

Tender documents will be reviewed by Principal Architect, Client, and Involved Parties. Local
architect will then produce revision and coordinate with contractors/vendors to improve
feasibility/constructability which will then incorporated in Construction Document drawing set.

Deliverables :

 Revised drawing set from tender documents as coordinated with involved parties.

In this phase, Local Architect will also :

 Assist client to procure and request sample of materials

 Assist client to procure and request mock ups

 Review design related issues of other consultants involved in the project

> CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION

Local architect will supervise the project in construction phase, including :

 Online coordination meetings

 Site visit (expected 12x)

Additional charge could be billed for additional site visits.
