comfortably sit and reflect.
o Provide each student with sticky notes and markers.
2. Introduction (10 minutes):

sticky notes.
4. Guided Questions (20 minutes):

 What emotions do you often feel but rarely express?
 What do you value most in life?
5. Reflection (15 minutes):
o Give students time to reflect on these questions silently while continuing to look
at themselves in the mirror.
o They should write down their responses on additional sticky notes.
6. Group Discussion (20 minutes):
o Divide students into small groups to discuss their reflections.
o Encourage them to share insights, discoveries, and any challenges they faced
during the activity.
o Emphasize listening skills and respect for each other's perspectives.
7. Conclusion (10 minutes):

about themselves.

awareness over the course of the semester or school year.

self-awareness and strategies for improving it.
