EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLATION
Preparing the scope of works for the starting of the
installation in accordance of the Preparing scaffold and
templates as well as elevator shaft balancing & budgetary
bar chart.
Lead manpower in the installation of Elevators installation
assigned in Responsibility.
Study blueprints to determine layout of framework and
foundations.
Cut prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other
components to specified dimensions.
Locate malfunction in brakes, motor, switches, and signal
and control systems, using test equipment.
Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric
motors.
Install safety and control devices, cables, drives, rails,
motors, and elevator cars.
Disassemble defective unit and repairs or replaces parts,
such as locks, gears, cables, and electric wiring.
Complete service reports to verify conformance to
prescribed standards.
Inspect wiring connections, control panel hookups, door
installation, and alignment and clearance of car hoist way.
Lubricate bearings and other parts to minimize friction.
Operate elevator to determine power demand and tests
power consumption to detect overload factors.
Adjust safety controls, counter weights, and mechanism of
doors.
EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE
Responsible to inspect the working of the elevators and
perform maintenance functions regularly to maintain its
efficiency.
Test the performance of the motors, brakes and switches
and identify any instance of malfunctioning.
Weld the metal frame of the elevators to ensure the elevator
car is well structured and is safe for operations.
Ensure the motor of the elevator functions efficiently and is
capable of handling the prescribed weight and daily usage.
Make note of the repairing work concluded and draft a bill
for the services provided.
Respond to the client's complaints and visit the sites to
conduct inspections with engineers.
Lubricate the engine parts with grease and oils and retain its
smooth movement.
Inspect the rollers and cables to ensure smooth movement
of the elevator car.
Adjust the right speed of the elevator to move and stop at
destined floor number. Check the electrical components and
wirings for performance and safety standards.
Maintain a log book of the dates and details of the repair
work performed.
Responsible in troubleshooting and analyzing of minor and
major problems of elevators with or without drawing and do
repair or parts replacement whenever necessary.
