IN F O R M A T I O N
The undersigned accuses ROSALINA C. CAJUCOM of a VIOLATION
OF BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 22, committed as follows:
That sometime in the month of August 2020, in
Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the said accused, did then and there
willfully and unlawfully make or draw and issue a postdated
RCBC Check No. 9000694 dated October 16, 2020 in the
amount of P480,000.00, to complainant, Virginia T. Alupay,
the said accused knowing fully well that at the time she issued
the said check she did not have sufficient funds in or credit
with the drawee bank for the payment in full of the said check
upon preserffient, which check when presented for payment
was dishonored by the drawee bank for the reason that it was
drawn against "Insufficient Fund" (DAIF) and
noÑ1ithstanding receipt of notice of such dishonor, the said
accused failed and refused and still fails and refuses to pay the
amount of P480,000.00 or to make arrangement with the
drawee bank for the payment in full of the same within five
(5) banking days after receiving the said notice, to the damage
and prejudice of the said Virginia T. Alupay, in the
aforementioned amount of P480,000.OO, Philippine
Currency.

INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses ELMER DANZALAN y DELA CRUZ of the
crime of RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING IN SLIGHT
PHYSICAL
INJURIES AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, committed as
follows:
That on or about March 08, 2020 in Mariveles,
Bataan, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, being the driver
and/or person incharge of a Hyundai Grace Vanyith plate
number WSZ 447, did then and there willfully, unlawfully
and feloniously drive, manage and operate the same along
Elliptical Road, Brgy. Maligaya, Mariveles, Bataan in a
careless, reckless, negligent and imprudent manner, by then
and there making the said vehicle run at a speed greater than
what was reasonable and proper, without taking the necessary
precaution to avoid injuries to person and damage to
properW, causing as a consequence of his carelessness,
recklessness, negligence, imprudence and lack of precaution,
the said vehicle driven and/or operated b Oli in the manner
above set-forth to bump and hit one Rusi S200 motorcycle
with plate number 030106 being driven by omeo A. Dizon, as
a result of which the said Romeo A. Dizon sustained slight
physical injuries and the Rusi SS200 motorcycle with plate
no. 030106 incurred damages in the total amount of
P16,100.OOñ Philippine Currency, to the damage and
prejudice of the said Romeo A. Dizon, and the owner of the
Rusi SS200 motorcycle.
