Warranty & Return

1. Limited Warranty
Storename is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We provide a limited
warranty to the original consumer purchaser, ensuring that Storename products are free from
defects in workmanship and material during normal consumer use. This warranty is subject to
the exclusions detailed below.

Our warranty represents Storename's complete and exclusive obligation. We do not assume, nor
authorize any person to assume on our behalf, any other liability associated with the sale of our
products.

2. Warranty Period
Storename products are covered by a warranty period of 12+12* months (*exclusive to email
subscribers), beginning from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. To
establish the start date of the warranty period, you must provide the sales receipt from the
initial consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof.

Please note that in the event of any damages caused by human error within the warranty period,
the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement

3. Exchange
In the event that a Storename product fails to operate due to defects in workmanship or
material within the applicable warranty period, Storename will replace the product at our
expense. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

If you submit a claim to Storename during the warranty period in accordance with this policy, we
will, at our discretion:

(i) Replace the Storename product with a replacement product of the same model. Alternatively,
with your consent, we may offer a product that has the same or substantially similar features as
the original product. For example, a different model with the same features or the same model
in a different color.

(ii) Exchange the Storename product for a refund of the purchase price.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty provided by Storename is exclusively limited to the original consumer purchaser
and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

4. Exclusions
Please note that Storename's warranty does not apply to the following:
 Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for purposes
other than normal consumer use as authorized in Storename's current product literature.
 Products that have been attempted to be repaired by anyone other than an authorized facility.
 Products purchased through an online auction house.

6. Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Storename. Therefore, we offer
a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
We do not charge any refund fees. Please note that return shipping costs (excluding quality
problems) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Eligibility for Return

 It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging.

return is accepted, we will provide you with the address where you can send back the item.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of quality problems. If the return is

refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method. Please keep in mind

Please note that we will be shipping in 2 business days. Your order will be delivered within 3-7
business days from the date of shipment according to different areas normally. Business days do
not include weekends or holidays.
Attention:
STORENAME is not responsible for shipment delay due to unexpected conditions, like flooding or
COVID-related impacts, etc. In that case, the ETA is unpredictable. However, STORENAME will

Missing or lost packages
If a package goes missing or is delivered to an incorrect address, please contact STORENAME

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link
to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or

What can I do if the product I received is not in good condition?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Except for cases of
fraudulent orders, customers refusing to accept dispatched orders will incur a processing fee. A
£50 charge will apply for the rejection of the power station and solar panel, directly debited from
the order total.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

the product received and the SKU label of the parcel will greatly shorten the handling process
