Dear (INSERT IP RIGHTS OWNER), I was notified by Amazon on (INSERT DATE) about concerns over

infringement for an Amazon listing for your brand. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. I
have taken immediate action to come into complete compliance by deleting all of my inventory of
this product as well as all inventory in my possession for your brand. I will no longer source any of
your products unless I obtain permission to do so. I did not realize that obtaining the product and
selling it on Amazon.com would present an issue. While I would be very much interested in
becoming an authorized channel partner, I understand if that is not possible. Again, please accept
my sincere apologies. If you feel I have adequately addressed these concerns, could you please send
an email to notice@amazon.com and notice-dispute@amazon.com to have this rights owner
complaint id (INSERT COMPLAINT ID) removed and to let Amazon know we are no longer infringing?
