Considering 16,000 Cubic Meters of work per month.

All Machinery including rent & Salaries - 50,00,000/-

OK

Diesel for all Machines - Rs.17,00,000/-

Diesel including Lubrication cost incurs = Rs 19,00,000/-

Additive - Rs.500/Cubic Meter

Ok

Cement bulk (JH) - 7.6/kg

Cement per cubic meter(Desity of the mix - 2.1) - 84 Kgs

Cement % consider only 4%, whereas need to consider 4.5% at least.

Cement per cubic meter - Rs 638.4 say Rs.638/-

Now cement cost is Rs 718.2

Machinery cost with diesel for 16,000 cubic meters - 418.75 say 420

Now the Machine cost with disel and Lubrication should be=435

Bed prepation etc - Rs.30/cubic meter

Bed preparation for cutting of trenching, scrapping of existing crust =60+150= Rs 210 Per cum

Cost of Labour , which is required during Construction of FDR works= Rs 35 Per cum

Machinery consumables - Rs.10/cubic meter

Holder and Pick cost should be Rs 30 per cum

Water cost should be added- approx. 700 lit water (Including curing) per cum is required

=700* 0.05= Rs 35 per Cum

Total of Machines, Cement, Additive, Bed preparation & Machine consumables

= Rs.1598/- Per cubic meter

Say Rs.1600/- per cubic meter

Total of Machines, Cement, Additive, Bed preparation & Machine consumables including water for
curing

= Rs.1963/- Per cubic meter

Adding Rs.100/- per cubic meter for our management team travelling and other expenses

Engineer, Supervisor, lab helper salary including his food cost needs to be added =Rs 50 Per Cum

Cost of Shifting of Equipment, Lab set up, Accommodation for Engineers and Labours, Lab
equipment, preparation of JMF, execution of Trial patch, Mob. & demob of Trail of equipment etc
need to be added= Rs 25 Per Cum
Two nos of Vehicle cost for travel of engineers & supervisor need to be added. = Rs 10 Per Cum

Adding Management team travel and other overhead= Rs 50

Grand Total for Back to back work - Rs.1700/- per cubic meter

Grand Total for Back to back work Without Profit – Rs2098/- per cubic meter
