1. Scope of work:

2. Manner of Payment
2.01 Upon site inspection: Payment of an amount equivalent to fifty (50%) percent of the total order cost
shall be paid by the client upon on-site actual measurement and signing of the contract.
2.02 Upon installation/completion of the order: Payment of the remaining balance an amount equivalent
to fifty (50%) percent of the total order cost shall be paid by the client upon installation/completion of the
or.der.
2.03 Mode of Payment: Payments can be made through cash, check, BPI bank transfer and GCash .
3. Production and Delivery
3.01 Site measurement: Actual site measurement for the order will be conducted by our representative
which will include all provisions pertinent to the order.
3.02 Pre-production requirements: The following conditions must be completely complied prior with the
fabrication:
3.02.01 Accomplished duly approved and signed contract by the client or his/her duly authorized
representative and AGS representative. (We'll provide a hard copy of the contract during site inspection)
3.02.02 Payment of the fifty percent (50%) down-payment.
3.02.03 Confirmation of final design and specification duly approved by the client or his/her
authorized representative upon signing of the contract.
3.03 Delivery: The following conditions must be completely conformed:
3.03.01 Delivery will commence after five (5) working days upon satisfaction of pre-production
requirements and confirmation to AGS representative that the site is ready for installation .
3.03.02 The client shall be liable for the safekeeping and security of the finished products. AGS shall
not be liable for any damage and/or loss to the items that it delivered.
3.03.03 The client shall prepare and cover the expenses for the permits/bonds if necessary for the
delivery and installation.
3.04 Installation: AGS installers shall only install finished products supplied and delivered by its team.
4. Completion of the Order
4.01 Acceptance: l)pon completion of work, a Certificate of <;:ompletion shall be presented to the client or
his/her authorized representative for conformity that all items contained in the contract are delivered and
installed in good order and condition and the remaining balance of the agreed total cost is due and payable
and henceforth, turned over completely.
4.02 Acknowledgement receipt: Upon completion of the order, AGS can only issue an
acknowledgement receipt to the client or his/her authorized representative as a proof of documentation for
the completion of the order and that the total cost has been paid.
5. Warranty
5.01 Two-year warranty: Products and accessories fabricated and installed are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of completion of the order.
Note: Broken glass caused by its users can't be replaced under warranty.
6. ethers
6.01 Additives: Additional requirements, amendments and/or changes in the approved design and
specifications shall be priced and billed accordingly.
