Every individual is unique and is born with

certain inherent potential or talent. This talent


helps them to learn things easily and quickly.
Psychologists call this potential as Aptitude.
Aptitude and Personality can be mapped in an
individual as early as 2 years of Age with
Genetic Brain Profiling using Finger Prints
(Dactylography). As the patterns in finger prints
are all identical and can never be changed, they
reflect how our brain functions in some specific
way (sometimes you do not even realize you are
like that or why you react like that until we tell
you). Our finger prints patterns on our ten
fingers on both our hands which get formed
during 13th and 19th week in the womb determines our brain development tell us about how we are
perceived, what is our actual behavior, what we are thinking, what are our reasoning factors, how we
express ourselves, what is our sense of touch, how good are we with music & language, and how sensitive
are we with objects. Genetic Brain Profiling is completely based on the principles of behavioral sciences
and applied psychology. Genetic Brain Profiling is a means of identifying your dominant learning, thinking,
working preferences and how it affects your behaviour. It provides great insights into where people are
coming from and provides a powerful tool for improving your relationships.
Aptitude & Personality:
To be successful in a certain career, one needs to have certain combination of aptitudes. For
example, to design something, we need to think visually. If one doesn't have the essential aptitude, one
can still try to design; however the results will be delayed and a lot of effort will be needed. On the
other hand if one has the required Aptitudes, one can accomplish the tasks easily and quickly and thus
success will come early. Thus, it is important to understand ones' own Aptitudes and choose the career
accordingly. Personality is essentially the behavior which gets naturally reflected in an individual
without much effort and under normal circumstances. Researchers believe that behavior is determined
by both genetics and situations and unlike Aptitude improvement in Personality traits is possible. Any
career that one chooses should be complimentary to one's Personality. For Example, if you are Self
Smart, you would be at your best if you choose a career which requires you to work alone. Thus it is
equally important to know about your personality and choose a career accordingly. The secret in
choosing the RIGHT career path is to correctly assess ones' Learning Styles, Aptitudes and Personality
and then pick the careers accordingly. You now know that how your Aptitude and Personality Profile is
matching. Psychologists believe that if we choose a career which does not utilize our inherent Talents,
then we are bound to get frustrated. Equally frustrating is the situation when we land up in a career
where we do not have the required Aptitude and Personality, thus everyday is a struggle. It is perfectly
OK if some or all of your career Interests are not matching very well with your Aptitude and
Personality. Interests are quite floating in nature and can be inculcated in those careers which are
fitting very well with your Aptitude and Personality.
Career Guidance:
Choosing one's career or making a career decision is perhaps one of the most important
decisions that a student and his/her parents take. Taking a career decision usually get influenced by a
host of factors, including the parents' ,own inclination, the child's own interest and the opinions
reflected by the media. Unlike in the past, when the choices for lucrative career were quite limited,
today we live in an era, where there are many good choices available. Also, today the careers have
become very demanding and therefore, one should choose their field with greater care. It has been well
established that the most successful people are those, who put their strengths to use at their work and
derive joy while doing their work. This is where; we at "Talent Mapping" come into the picture. We

Harmonious Relationships:
One of the key elements of a successful relationship is communication. This holds true for

changes in your child’s life as they make you fearful and anxious. This could have the affect of stifling
their uniqueness which should be encouraged and celebrated. The aim is to encourage WHOLE BRAIN
thinking resulting in WHOLE BRAIN communication. A person’s thinking preferences give an
exceptionally good guide to what those choices and decisions should be.
Talent Management:
How to recruit the right person for the right job to do the
right thing is the number one task in human resources management
(HRM). However, that is also the greatest challenge of a HR
Manager Today. During the HR selection process, a job interview is
the most important element. There are some shortfalls in some
current methods that most HR use. If the interviewee has done
his job and preparations like rehearsal, many interview questions
can be practiced. Questions like describe yourself, tell us more
about your strengths and weaknesses, how you can contribute to
the company & so on. At the interview, even if the interviewees
perform well, it does not mean he is good. Also, some HR
department practice of giving a personality test to identify the real personality on the interviewees so
that the right candidate will get the job. Common methods they use are MBTI personality test or
personality questionnaires or personality quizzes. There are no right or wrong answers but HR is always
looking for the best person to suit the job vacancy as much as possible. However, some frequent or
experienced interviewees may know what kind of answers the employers are favoring and they will not
answer sincerely. Thus, test result could be subjective. Many employers impose a job probation period
for new recruits, just in case they hire the wrong person for the job. With Genetic Brain Profiling,
employers can be more precise in their selection process to select the right personality to suit the right
position! However, an interview session is still necessary to assess the interviewee's acquired attitude,
