THE PRACTICE
Ultimate Dimensions Construction Quantity Surveying (UDCQS) was established in Dubai to
provide a comprehensive Construction Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying Services
including Pre-Tender, Post Contract, Contract Administration and BIM services to public and private
sector organizations in the Gulf and the Middle East region.
WHO WE ARE
UDCQS was established in 2018 in Dubai – UAE in partnership with RAS Company (Chartered
Quantity Surveyors) as expanded office and Tern Engineering & Construction services by
Khaldoun Hammoudeh, who is holding a Master’s degree in Commercial Management and
Quantity Surveying.
Khaldoun is a corporate member with Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors - MAIQS with
more than 30 years’ experience in the field of Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost
Consultancy Services in Gulf & Middle East region.
