ABSTRACT

This research investigates the potential of Averrhoa bilimbi (Kamias) and Citrus

limon (Lemon) as a Natural deodorizer. With increasing concerns over the negative

health effects associated with synthetic deodorizer, there is a growing interest in

exploring organic alternatives. Averrhoa bilimbi (Kamias) and Citrus limon (Lemon),

known for their acidic and aromatic properties, are hypothesized to possess

deodorizing capabilities. Through a series of experiments, including sensory

evaluations and chemical analyses, the effectiveness of these fruits in neutralizing

odors will be assessed. Results will contribute to the development of eco-friendly.

Deodorizing solutions, promoting sustainability and reducing reliance on synthetic

chemicals in household and commercial settings.
