Such lifestyle choices have made cosmetology a promising career option.

Don’t confuse a cosmetologist with a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. A cosmetologist deals with beauty in a non-surgical
manner while a plastic surgeon corrects or restores any part of the human body through surgery.

Once I was reading the statement of Mumbai-based medical cosmetologist Dr Jamuna Pai She has an MBBS degree and
specialises in skin and beauty management. “The turning point came when I realised that I could combine my interests in the
beauty business with my medical practice,” she says.

“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”

Important Measures and compliances need to follow for establishing the company G&W

1. A location for company premises and factory set up should be ready.

2. Register on the GST network. ...
3. Register your company with the Registrar of Companies under Companies Act, 1956 or 2013.
4. I would take take proper detail about FDA’s regulations about the manufacturing and labeling of cosmetic
products. I would abide by these rules and regulations business in a legal way.

5. Will concentrate on creating impressive marketing material such as brochure design that targets a specific set of
our consumers.
6. memorable and user-friendly website design so All the details such as descriptions of the products, ingredients,
prices and contact information must be clearly mentioned. Users should be able to navigate your web pages
conveniently.
7. Most important will create more awareness about special cosmetics products among our target audience. Explore
all the places such as events taking place in city, and visit beauty parlours to market our company’s products. And
give some demonstrations to the consumers to highlight the qualities of our products.

8. A very small but very important business card that I will present to friends and other clients when asking for their
help. Therefore, will have a business card design that has contact details presented in a unique and memorable
way.
9. Will arrange sufficient funds at hand. to buy raw material to produce cosmetics items or to purchase the products
for selling in retail.
10. Organisation Structure- Most Beauty Therapists start their career in beauty centres and hair salons. However, I
would start my own organisation with team of certified and trained Executives.I will make my organisation a
Licensed organisation.

11. Cosmetology involves several branches some of which include waxing, hair removal, make up, skincare, nail
artistry, hairstyling and so on.So slowly I will also expand my department into different branch of cosmetology.

My Plan has another chapter also to be successful Cosmetologist

entrepreneur and listed out also some points:-
 A successful beauty venture needs to be ahead of the trend
or set the trend.being a Innovative beauty startup,I have also
need to focusing a lot on developing organic cosmetic and
sustainable beauty product.
 should be able to increase brand awareness through carefully
curated social media channels as well as interact with your
target audience.
 Customer feedback is key to building a long-lasting beauty
brand and can really help with your decision-making process
when building or developing a new business plan. I will try to
give our customers the opportunity to contribute to the
growth in our business.

 Recruiting for a beauty business at an early stage can be

tough: even if I find the right talent, convincing them to quit
their job and join a newly launched startup will not be
straightforward. In fact, entrepreneurs often describe the
recruiting stage as the most difficult.
 In order to sell beauty business to the right collaborator, I will
highlight company’s potential but will never lie about
uncertainties and will avoid fake commitments.
 Will hire an accountant early on to take care of all
administrative financial tasks such as taxes and help to come
up with the best business plan.

1. There are millions of places to buy Cosmetic services , but

people prefer to buy them from real people. So no need to be
fake, be real
2. Better service can be going the extra mile to solve another
problem for your customer. It could be a better product too.
3. it's always been about staying true to our message as a
content for displaying our products.
4. you need to determine what the customer wants but isn't
getting from existing options. Build the best possible
solution for that and build an exciting and authentic brand
around it.
5. If our business sits within a very saturated market, having
an authentic and strong mission and purpose as a company
can be the deciding factor.
6. People want to work with companies they trust, and sharing
your industry knowledge with your audience is one way of
building that trust.
7. Don't try to be all things to all people in order to capture
your "share" of the market.
