Introduction

They say never judge a book by its cover but that doesn't seem to apply when it comes to
companies and their branding

As our economy progresses, new businesses are set up and older ones prosper but while we
progress ahead, we also move from orthodox methods to more modern methods. This means
stores move to e-commerce, food services are now deliverable, professional services are now
available online, etc.

Consumers resort to being comfortable by having everything just a few clicks away, and for
them, what they see matters, how a company represents itself matters, and first impression
counts.

so a question arises, would you order any product or services from a badly responsive
application or website?

Well 95% of the people who order online, would not order from a badly responsive
application or website, according to a report done by Bain & Co.

Thus, branding and the identity of a company have emerged to be critical criteria nowadays.
Effective branding and designing helps a company to attract customers, improve its market
position, and build a stronger identity for they're business.

An effective design can encourage customers to buy from you and not from your competitors,
it can help your product, service or business stand out - see more on user- centred design.

Challenges
Potential problems include keeping up with quickly changing design trends and effectively
articulating the value of design services to organizations.
 Established design businesses' competitiveness
 The constant need to invest in new technology and talents
 The possibility of an economic decline

Weaknesses

Limited brand recognition: When compared to larger, more established design businesses,
the firm may have limited brand awareness. This might make attracting new clients and
competing for larger projects difficult.

 Lack of specialized experience: While the business provides a full range of design
services, it may lack specialized skills in specific specialist sectors, such as healthcare
or technology. This might make it difficult for them to recruit clients in these
businesses.
 Dependence on key personnel: The company may be substantially reliant on a small
number of key personnel's abilities and knowledge. This might constitute a danger if
these employees quit the organization, perhaps affecting the quality of their services
and their capacity to satisfy the expectations of their clients.
 Restricted financial resources: Because the firm is still relatively new, its financial
resources may be restricted. This may limit their capacity to invest in new technology,
grow their company, or take on larger contracts.
 Difficulty calculating the ROI of design: Despite the firm's data-driven approach to
design, calculating the exact return on investment (ROI) of design services for
customers can be difficult. This may make demonstrating the worth of their labor and
justifying premium payment challenging.

Market Entry Strategy:

 Establish a strong internet presence as a market entry strategy: Create a user-friendly

website, be active on social media, and employ targeted online advertising to reach
out to potential customers.
 Network and cultivate connections: Develop contacts and create leads by networking
with corporate organizations, industry groups, and chambers of commerce.
