pleased to announce the commencement of the B.Tech Academics Session 2024-25 at Lamrin Tech
Skills University Punjab (LTSU), Ropar. On behalf of the university, we are delighted to welcome you

Date of Commencement:
The reporting for B.Tech students will commence from 14th August 2024 at 10:00am onwards at
University School of Engineering & Technology in Block ‘A’ of LTSU Punjab.
We expect all students to be present from the very beginning of the session.
Hostel Allocation: 14th August 2024 onwards at Boys/Girls hostel, if applicable.
Registration Process: 16th – 17th August 2024 registration process of students along with eligibility
check & document verification. You are required to carry the documents as per the list already shared.
Students must carry a copy of their payment receipts. You are required to carry Original documents
at the time of joining for verification purpose.
Orientation: 20th August 2024, we will conduct an orientation program to familiarize you with the
university's culture, policies, and facilities. It will be a great opportunity to get to know your fellow
batch mates and the faculty members.
Induction Program: From 21th to 22th August 2024, an induction program will take place to ease your
transition into university life. Various informative sessions and activities are planned to help you settle
in and understand the academic system.
Class Schedule: The regular classes for the B.Tech program will begin on 23rd August 2024. A detailed
timetable and class schedule will be provided to you before the commencement of classes. Please
make sure to adhere to the schedule to ensure the start of a smooth academic journey.
Hostel & Mess: The students can plan their journey and may reach the LTSU campus from 14th August
2024 onwards. The university will provide well-equipped hostels with all necessary amenities such as
beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, cupboards, fans, and lighting. Please bring any other personal
belongings (like bed sheet, pillow, cover sheet, bucket & mug etc.) you may need during your stay.
Items such as Knives, Medicines (unless a prescription is provided) are not allowed.

Academic Record: All students are required to bring their original certificate/documents (as conveyed
earlier) with them for verification at the time of reporting. Carry your 8-10 passport size photographs.
