Engineer at ___________________.
I have evaluated Engr. _______________’s performance and have deemed him worthy for a promotion
from Field Engineer to Project Supervisor of ___________________. As the Project Manager of
_________, I'm confident that Engr. ______________ is ready to transition into a leadership position.
Additionally, if the current situation already permits, this recommendation includes the increase in the
equivalent monetary and non-monetary benefits of the recommended position.
Engr. _____________ ’s performance in the field has been exemplary as seen on his performance
evaluation. He has shown effectiveness through application of his technical skills. He has also been with
the project since __________________and should already be promoted to a position commensurate to
his service and skills along with his efficiency towards his responsibilities.
The quality of his work exceeded our expectations and he has always displayed great work ethics. He
does not hesitate to render overtime works, at times even working from evening until morning when the
site status dictates and he has performed at the top level since joining the project and has maintained
such drive after ________ years of working with MDC. Seldom could we encounter an engineer such as
Engr. ____________ and it would be such a waste to not appreciate his services proportionate to his
efforts.
