PRODUCT

The Mix N’Dough offers different pastries and beverages we have mini doughnut ,graham-balls also we
have ice coffee vanilla , ice chocolate form and fresh baked products which most customers are looking
for. Customers want to satisfy their needs and wants through tasting or trying baked products that The
Mix N’Dough offers. Clients will use the products by consuming or eating it.This is to satisfy their needs
for food or to taste delicious baked goods. In addition, consumers can use the ice coffee ,graham balls
and mini doughnut as a gift to their loved ones, a treat for themselves and for all occasions like
birthdays, and Family gathering. Clients can use this pastries and beverages anytime and or especially if
there are special occasions. The client can also use the product as a gift or as a present. Furthermore,
The Mix N’Dough is good as treats at home or as a breakfast or snack. In baked products, customers are
looking for higher quality. It must be fresh, delicious, the bread must look presentable and it must have a
good texture. Moreover, we offer various kinds of breads and some are made specifically for those with
different needs such as mini doughnut ,graham-balls ice coffee vanilla and ice chocolate. These are the
top quality that The Mix N’ Dough must maintain. Oftentimes, clients are willing to spend more money if
these features are maintained. The feature that is missed out is maybe the color of the product. The
preference of the clients is different in terms of appearance, specifically colors. In this, it is important
that we are aware of their likes so that we will not miss important features. The features mentioned are
all needed by the client. The taste, presentation, appearance and freshness of baked products are critical
aspects that the clients are looking for.The Mix N’ Dough offers a variety of pastries and beverages of
course it comes in different sizes and colors.The Mix N’Dough comes in various sizes such as small,
medium and large. However, the customization of the kinds of beverages and pastry and its sizes will still
depend on the preference of the customer. The Mix N’ Dough is different from the product of the
competitors as it offers a wide range of choices for the clients and for their specific needs. The Mix N’
Dough is also made by experienced barista and bakers and we are confident that the baked goods we
offer are of the best quality. The inside of the box can be different as customers have different
preferences. The theme or appearance of The Mix N’ Dough is usually minimalist and since we customize
products, designs and appearance can vary. Furthermore, The Mix N’Dough is the name of the product.
This is the name of the product as we believe that this name is catchy and can easily be remembered

PROMOTION
To promote The Mix N`Dough setting an objective is important the objective has to follow marketing
strategy set by the company. To promote our product, we must know our target consumer and also
budget should look at the stage of the product life cycle. The Mix N’ Dough chose three ways to promote
its products.First is Advertising, it is a one-way communication about a product with a potential
customer. The Mix N’ Dough will implement advertising through the use of social media, specifically
Facebook since it is used by many consumers. The internet has played a major part in this growth story.
We will post our product online and which can be shared nonstop by our friends and followers. Through
this we can easily spread awareness among the people especially those who are near the location about
our products. Second is Personal Selling, it is the use of sales representatives who generate direct
contact with the clients or customers. To implement Personal Selling, the owners will promote it to their
relatives, friends and to the people around their community. Third is Direct Marketing, it is a
promotional message to a specific group of customers. Direct Marketing reduces cost for companies and
face to face selling. This promotion will be implemented by sending messages through messenger and
sending emails online.It's almost a month since the Mix N’ Dough opened here in Maries Christian
School Offering healthy Mini Doughnut,graham balls and ice coffee but with all organic ingredients.
Distinctively made in small quantities traditionally by hand, making sure that our products is of high
quality and guaranteed fresh. Bakeries cannot rely simply on the sweet scents from their stores to tempt
customers taste buds; they have to develop promotional plans that attract and retain customers. From
using online methods, such as emailing customers about new flavors and store events, to offering
samples to potential customers, bakeries try various ways to promote the goods and services they offer
to residents and businesses in the communities they serve and beyond.

PEOPLE

The people are very essential in our marketing plan. They are the one's responsible for making the
customers engage and draw attention in our business. These "people" includes the owners as well as the
employees since they are the main individuals who are involved in the overall flow of the product or
service. Our people or employees are thought ways and measures in order to maintain responsibility
within our business. These traits play vital roles in our business as this is necessary in order to help the
business achieve a higher rate of success.The employees are trained in order to maintain awareness and
arouse the customers' interest in our business. Some qualities include politeness, courteousness, and
impressive entertainment skills are very essential for our employees in order to engage well with the
customers.Employees must also maintain values and righteous acts in order to educate the customers
well and help them evaluate and give importance to their choices. They are also the ones who are
assigned with the production, sales, advertising and delivering of the products to the customers.Well
trained employees are highly needed in a business to achieve success within all the aspects and goals
that they set for the business. Lack of skills and responsibility might result to unwanted mistakes and
failures so we assure that our employees have abilities that will eventually help our business to prosper
and gain success.

POSITIONING

The Mix N’ Dough is a local bakery that offers a quality and mouthwatering pastries prior to the use of
an eco-friendly and reusable packaging. It has a goal of making a concrete solution to the existing
dilemma that affects our environment and to produce baked-goods that are fresh and newly made every
day. The needs and wants of the customers for baked products will be sustained by the business. The
Mix N’ Dough can position it with quality standards as well as providing the best products and services to
its clients. The Bread Box is positioning its products through differentiating its products from the
competitions. The company provides unique flavors and textures for positioning the brand. Positioning
determines the process through which the marketers try to create an image in the mind of target
customers and target market for its products or services.

Enterprise Perspective
With the help of technology, The Mix N’ Dough will be able to consider the entire enterprise and how
the changes affect people. In order for the brand to be successful, the organization is compelled to seek
data and information alignment by design, rather than as an afterthought.With this, the strategy of the
brand is not only on governance but also on the management of information throughout its operation
with the provision of technology as a way to have access with the clients and to offer solution to their
concerns. Organizations are requiring new and improved ways to deploy new products and increase
efficiency and respond to the growth in the demand of customers, and this new way will be through the
use of technology such as social media. With the help of social media specifically Facebook Page, the
business will reach more clients and the process of buying and delivering orders will be quicker and more
convenient.

Competitive Perspective
There are many similar products available to the market but The Bread Box always offers fresh products.
There are plenty of bakeries in Maries Christian School that offers baked product. However, the products
that The Mix N’Dough offers are made by experienced bakers who use the best of ingredients and
cutting- edge technique to create a product that is truly superior in quality.Furthermore, most bakeries
in the area are using plastic as a food packaging. To contribute to the prevention of risk brought by
plastic packaging to the environment.The Mix N’Dough use paper packaging as an eco-friendlier
alternative. Above all, the products will be offered at a much lower price compared to what is offered by
the competitors

Customers Perspective
The Mix N’Dough will consider the organization's performance through the eyes of its customers, so that
the organization retains a careful focus on customers' needs and satisfaction.The Mix N’ Dough will
ensure to give more than what the customer needs. Beside producing great bread and baked products, it
promotes a good reputation to its target market through excellent store ambiance, environmental
protection and social commitment. As a result, customers will feel that they also contribute to nature
and society by purchasing the products that The Mix N’ Dough offers.
