The second I continue with the same work after it take

SWOT Analysis
Strength
 Sector offers good employment opportunity to a large
segment of school dropout and unemployment.
 A number of private institutes.

Weaknesses
 Highly unorganized sector dominated by small player
with limited use of training.
 Attrition among untrained guards 50%

Opportunities
 Considering the growth demand for security services
domestic firms are seeking capital to expand rapidly.

Threats
Growth of electronic system market may lead to reduction
in requirement of security guards.
(20)

Learning Point
 Customer Relationship
 Communication
 Work-life in service sector
 Managing Staff
 Recording Things
 Practical world experience
(21)
Recommendation
Significant proportion of the training should be
provided in house either on the job training. This
lead to varying standard of quality and efficiency
amongst players in the industry most guards get paid
only minimum wages which is not very high from
the untrained guards get paid this need to be change
so untrained guards get motivated and up lift their
skill
Most of the recruitment in the sector is under taken
through reference from already employed person
walk ins are the norms in the unorganised sector
takes the traditional marketing route for recruitment.
(22)
Conclusion
My internship at National Security Agency was a transformative
experience I gained practical skill and professional confidence
that I know will serve me well in my future career
While working in NSG I always tried to know about the industry
how it operates key factor of the industry how to deal with client
and how to manage the human resource which is the most
important thing I found that this service sector is unorganised
and by time its demand is increasing in both private as well as
government
Moreover this internship gave me the opportunity to understand
not only service sector but also how the world operate in real life
it totally different from the world of book.
