FACULTY OF PHILOSOPHY
UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD
Philosophy Lecture Year Plan for 2023-24
This year plan contains details of undergraduate lectures, graduate classes, and other regular events.
The three columns on the right indicate the term in which the event will take place. The number of lectures or classes
for that event in any term is found in the column for that term.
As at Michaelmas Term, the Faculty is in the process of reverting to live in-person lectures and classes, which will be in
the majority. Rarely events will be online, or a lecture recording will be used. You should not assume that recordings of
lectures will be made. You are expected to attend in person.
This information is believed correct as at 3 October 2024, but changes may occur before and during the academic year.
Before you make plans for any particular term, it is wise to check the lecture lists online near to the start of term. You
are advised to double-check any degree-specific lists (eg the combined PPE lecture list) against the Faculty lists.
Errors/queries can be addressed here.
