Roles and responsibilities
Assist the HSE Manager /Project Manager /Site Engineer with all aspects of implementing the
HSE Plan, HSE Policy, and Procedure on site.
Preparation of Risk Assessment – general and specific.
Preparing Monthly site statistics report and weekly site statistics report.
Ensure that the risk assessment has been carried out where necessary and included with
the method of statement.
Report the unsafe conditions or defects in site equipment to the site engineer
and Project Manager.
Always ensure the maintenance of a high standard of housekeeping with the help of the site team.
Conduct site safety training for the workforce and site safety inspection.
Conduct daily TBT, PTW follow - up & and monitoring.
Excavation inspection & record maintaining.
Conducting mock drill training at regular intervals.
Portable Fire extinguisher training.
Personal Protective Equipment inspection and training.
Issue warnings and advice (recommendations for improvement).
Weekly reporting of HEAT STRESS to the HSE Manager.
Submitted Monthly report to HSE Manager.
• Ensure the correct safety equipment and signage is on site, the necessary training is complete, and
equipment is used properly throughout the building.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal safety and fire laws and regulations.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and others meeting related to safety.
