When creating a Shade, choose the archetype from the six that best
suits their personality. For example, the Hydragyrum Prime “Triumph”
might create a victorious knight with the archetype “Rex”. When first
interacting with them roll an oracle to determine their initial disposition
(1-2 is the first word, 3-4 is second, 5-6 is third). If you require a
response, roll an oracle: on a 1-3, the response is determined by their
core archetype, on a 4-6 the response is determined by one of the two
archetypes next to them. When you meet a Shade again, shift them to a
neighbouring archetype to represent the changing Trance.
