• 6.Blast the air out as hard and as fast as possible in
a single blow.
• 7.Record the number that appears on the meter.
• 8.Repeat these steps three times.
• 9.Record the highest of the three readings in an
asthma diary. This reading is your or your child's
peak expiratory flow.

9.If using more than 1 puff repeat the steps 2-8 every time
10.After finishing rinse the mouth with water
11.Keep an account on how many puffs you have used.
