• I am having 3.5 years of IT experience in the field of Murex (Application Support) and project
management. I am working as Senior systems engineer with application development and support &
maintenance resources. I am responsible for EOD process and troubleshooting the Murex system-related
issues. I have knowledge of services-now portal for raise request and closed to ticket that get in our bin.

• I have given rights through User-Admin group to new user for specific Module like FO, WCM_FO, WCM_BO,
RISK_FO and, I have reset the password, suspension, ID-Unlock.
and given OSP rights are provided by supervisor group like Workflow Management / Operations.

• I have also knowledge of Server Reboot activity for both Application and Database Servers. I have also
knowledge of Patching on servers.

• I am handling some Datamart related issue for some new enhancements report or in existing reports along
with for dynamic table, Feeder, batch of table feeder, Datamart Extraction, Batch of Datamart Extraction. I
have also knowledge of Server Reboot activity for both Application and Database Servers. I have also
knowledge of Patching on servers.

• I have worked in file transfer failure issues as I have knowledge in file transfer protocol like MQFte, SFTP..

• I have involved in various pipelining activities on AZURE platform. I can resolve if any failures occur at any
stage of murex restarting activities

• I can do daily checks on murex like foreign exchange, spot rate, OSP. I will update all the status of space
utilization of murex files to the team.

• Sometime services not run properly then need to check services with UNIX command.
and I have done housekeeping activity for all servers.

 • I have knowledge of Oracle database like DDL/ DML Statement, Procedure, Function and know UNIX
command for check logs or check some issue related with services.

activities and and can support for other DB related activities also.
