Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Young Technical Leader, incumbent needs to have a broad understanding of Telecommunication network, which includes
Radio and Spectrum planning, Data Core and Voice Core network, Transport (MPLS/ISP and Fiber) network and Digitization and
Network Quality. Will have exposure to various technologies such as 2G, 4G, 5G – NSA/SA Core, FTTH and Fix line, IP and
network security.
Should assist on Radio and Spectrum Planning where in New Site Deployment, Planning of RF Parameters, Capacity
expansions of Network on various projects. Should work on Data core and Voice Core Planning, Expansion and
Deployment, Transport network (MPLS, ISP and Fiber optics)
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolutions: Help in identifying and troubleshoot network issues such as signal
Interference, coverage gaps, and connectivity and call flow issues
Responsible for program Management of special projects by co-ordinate with partners and 3rd party vendors for
getting the work executed
Superior analytical skills to use the learnings from the above to translate them into tangible network KPIs that can be
tracked on a regular basis to ensure the best customer experience
Ability to design and implement creative tools and methodologies to track these KPIs
Should engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and contribute ideas for new solution
implementations
Work with cross functional teams to achieve business goals
Educational Qualification:
2025 Graduates (July 2025 Start)
B.Tech/ BE/ Dual Degree (Full-time)
7 CGPA or above (Average for 6 semesters)
No Active Backlogs
Eligible branches: ECE, EEE only
