Leader cyber security Analyst
Area of expertise:
Support in the security team’s planning of work, which may include:
o Assistance in preparing the planning of coordination, training and
awareness activities.
o Proposal of practical solutions to improve the procedures and tools for
these activities.
o Support in the security team’s exchanges with all IT Services, which
may include:
Assistance in the preparation, organization and follow-up of
meetings.
Drafting of meeting notes, to be validated by participants, which
will be used for the follow-up of the IT services exercises.
Professional experiences:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the following areas:
• Vulnerability management
• Development
• Cloud security
Conducting studies in ICT, by gathering, analyzing and documenting (non-)
functional requirements including changes.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the following areas
• ICT project management and meet and collaborate with business
representatives, software architects and developers.
• Implementation of controls framework (NIST, CIS, ISO 2700X, ...)
• Risk Management activities.
• Development and maintenance of Action Plans.
Other skills:
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to see the overall picture and good
writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communicator and ability to communicate with management at all
levels.
• Tact and diplomacy and good time-management and organizational skills.
• Capable of working in an international/multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, through a methodological
approach.

Scope:
Support in the security Unit’s planning of work, which may include:
• Assistance in preparing the planning of coordination, training and awareness
activities.
• Proposal of practical solutions to improve the procedures and tools for these
activities.
Support in the Security Unit’s exchanges IT services, which may include:
Assistance in the preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings.
• Drafting of meeting notes, to be validated by participants, which will be
used for the follow-up of the IT services exercises.
• Examining, keeping a track on changes (in documents exchanged during
meetings and other correspondences) and reporting of these changes to
the security Unit.
Support the SECRISK Unit in the cybersecurity regulation compliance
including:
Governance framework update.
Maturity assessments.
Risk assessments.
Cybersecurity plan development.
Support the Security risk activities in the development and execution of a control
framework including:
Measures identification and development.
Data collection.
Checking completion of the collected information.
Automation.
Development of cybersecurity KPIs.
Cybersecurity performance evaluation.
Support in the Security Risk Unit’s in updating core documents, which may include:
Assistance in the preparation and maintenance of Risk Register (RR);
Assistance in the follow up of actions of Action Plans (APs) defined in the RR.
Workplace:
The place of work will in Strasbourg with exceptional teleworking.
Business trips to Lux and BRU.
Daily rate: 500€ per day
Start date : ASAP
Duration : 200 man days
