and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has resigned from his office w.e-f.,
December 20, 2021 for personal reasons.
The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for filling the position of the
CFO of the Company. We shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the Board of Directors appoints
new CFO of the Company.
