The NETA pure electric vehicle (hereafter referred to as NETA Auto) is characterized by zero emission, low maintenance-cost, low noise,
high efficiency, energy saving and easy operation, which will bring you a comfortable and pleasant driving experience.
This manual is applicable to NETA U model. Be sure to read this manual carefully before driving your vehicle for the first time. Be famil-
iar with your vehicle’s structure and features, usage methods and the relevant regulations of NETA Auto as soon as possible. The infor-
mation included in this manual will help you understand the correct method of driving and maintenance, so that you can enjoy the driving
pleasure fully.
The purpose of this manual is to provide you with instructions and guidance on the use and maintenance of your vehicle. Please check
the purchase contract for the specific configuration of your vehicle. If you have any questions and concerns about your vehicle and this
manual, please contact the NETA Auto Customer Service.
As we continue to remodel and improve the NETA Auto, we reserve the right to change specifications or design at any time without no-
tice. Do not compare your vehicle’s configuration and performance in this manual with the information included in any other version of
manual. Do not use the difference between the two as an excuse to request additional equipment. If you are unclear about your vehicle
and this manual, please consult your NETA Auto service station.
It is not allowed to modify the vehicle in any way. Doing so may cause adverse affects on your vehicle’s safety and durability and violate
your vehicle’s limited warranty conditions.
Be sure to abide by strictly all laws and regulations related to automobiles. The relevant laws and regulations have been fully considered

you purchase your vehicle.

User Instructions
We have provided many important safety informations with three words, Warning, Caution, Hint, and some special symbols in this man-
ual. Please read these informations carefully. The purpose of these informations is to help prevent potential hazards that could hurt you
or others and damage to your vehicle.
"Warning" indicates that failure to follow the instructions will probably lead to serious personal injury or even death.
"Caution" indicates that dangerous or unsafe operation will cause personal injury or vehicle damage.
"Hint" indicates to remind driver and passengers to avoid operations that endanger the safety of vehicle or people.
Equipment marked with "*" is only suitable for some models or is only an option or an optional function for some models. Please refer to
actual vehicle configuration.
When you select a NETA, the service staff of NETA Auto service station will be pleased to help you. Take time to study this manual to
grasp how to drive, charge, and maintain your NETA pure electric vehicle. When in use, your NETA Auto service station is dedicated to
your satisfaction and will be pleased to answer any questions and concerns. If necessary, please contact your NETA Auto service station
in time or dial the official service call.

our vehicle is equipped with a high-voltage power battery to power the high-voltage drive motor. We have strictly followed the
relevant national and industry standards to design, manufacture and assemble all high-voltage cables and connectors. To prevent
electric shock, do not touch any high-voltage cables (colored in orange) or connectors, unless otherwise specified in this manual.
2 Follow the instructions on WARNING labels on the parts of vehicle carefully.

ny changes to your vehicle components may affect its performance and high-voltage safety, causing potential hazards such as
electric shock. Therefore, any work involving removing electrical system or replacing relay must be carried out by NETA Auto ser-
vice station. It is strictly forbidden to remove or replace it by yourself!
4 Recommendations for driving in extreme weather:
-- hen driving in hot summer, to ensure your safety and protect your vehicle, park your vehicle in an open area with good ventilation. Do not expose

your vehicle to direct sunlight for a long time.
-- On rainy days, if your battery pack bottom is submerged in surface of water, do not start your vehicle. Instead, please contact your NETA Auto ser-
vice station in time.
User Instructions
-- In winter, charge your vehicle as you use it, as its power battery becomes low-efficient. To improve the charging efficiency, be sure to charge your
vehicle immediately after use.
6 If any door fails to open, the 12V battery may be too low to unlock the door. In this case, please contact your NETA Auto service
station in time.
7 If your vehicle cannot be started:
-- Check the power meter of battery.
-- Check the state of charge. If the power battery is low, please charge the vehicle.
●● If the vehicle still cannot be started after performing the above operations, please contact your NETA Auto service station in time.
8 In the event of an accident:
-- Shift to N or P and set the power mode to OFF. For the reason of safety, turn on the EPB (Electrical Park Brake) switch at the same time.
-- If any wire on the vehicle is exposed or damaged, do not touch it to prevent electric shock.
-- If a fire occurs, get off the vehicle immediately and use a water-based fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
-- Do not try to start the vehicle again if the vehicle was involved in a collision.
-- If the vehicle was partially or fully submerged in water, turn off the start/stop button and leave as soon as possible. It is not allowed to conduct sal-
vage operation if the vehicle stills produces bubbles or sizzles. Be sure to wait for the bubbles or sizzling noises disappear, and then have the ser-
vice staff with special equipment salve the vehicle.
-- After salvaging, please contact your NETA Auto service station for inspection and repair immediately.
-- Keep the rescue information card in your vehicle so you can show it to the rescuers on site.

-- e sure to set the interior A/C for cooling or heating to an appropriate temperature. Using A/C for cooling or heating will reduce the driving mileage

9 Depressing the accelerator pedal gently provides both safety and power saving. This will give you driving pleasure.

our vehicle is provided with an energy recovery system. When shifting to D to coast or depressing brake pedal to slow down, the
energy recovery system will charge your vehicle.

he vehicle has four power modes, namely, OFF (power off), ACC (accessories powered on), ON (vehicle powered on) and START
(starting the vehicle):
-- Press the start/stop button once to set the power mode to ACC.
-- Press the start/stop button twice to set the power mode to ON.
-- In the ACC or OFF position, depress brake pedal and press start/stop button to set the power mode to START.

If the remote unlocking is received in the
anti-theft mode, the anti-theft mode is de-ac-
tivated and it counts for 30s. If all doors are
not opened and the power mode is set to OFF
within 30s, the anti-theft mode is activated
again after counting for 30s. Then, the doors
are locked and the turn signals flash twice.

When the tailgate is unlocked with the key in
