1st) Difference between SAY and TELL –
● SAY SOMETHING TO SOMEONE – HE SAID THAT YESTERDAY IT
WOULD RAIN.
● TELL SOMEONE SOMETHING – SHE TOLD ME THAT HER MOTHER
WAS ILL.
2nd) STATEMENTS
CHANGES IN PRONOUNS

‘I will help you.’ ⇒ He said that he would help me.


‘That’s my pen.’ ⇒ She said that it was her pen.

‘I need your help.’ ⇒ She said




that she needed my help.
