overthinking and anxiety. It's as if my mind is racing, but I can't catch up with
it, which only adds to my stress. I'm also easily frustrated by little things
when I'm stressed. The smallest inconveniences, like a misplaced item or a
slow internet connection, can set me off. This heightened irritation is a clear
sign that I'm not in my usual state of mind. Instead of handling situations
calmly, I snap or feel anger bubbling up quickly. Additionally, I tend to sleep
the whole day, using it as an escape from the stress, trying to avoid the
overwhelming feelings by retreating into sleep.

It was this combination of kindness and romance that made her stand out to
me. She also had a beautiful voice, often singing softly, and it was like music
to my ears. It wasn’t just her voice that captivated me, but also her humility.
Despite being talented, she was soft-spoken and humble, never seeking
attention or praise. Her contagious laugh and fragrant smell added to her

they often escalate quickly and lead to hurt feelings or broken relationships. I
prefer peaceful discussions where everyone respects each other's opinions.
Latecomers bother me because they show a lack of respect for other

when someone is consistently late, it feels like they don't value my time or
the effort I've put into being punctual.

My favorite
teachers
Rhea Theresa Suba-an
Teacher Rhea was one of my favorite teachers because of her humility and
intelligence. She never compromised on our learning, always ensuring that
we understood the material deeply rather than just skimming through it. Her
dedication to teaching was evident in the way she engaged with both her
advisory and non-advisory classes, treating everyone with the same level of
care and attention. I appreciated how she maintained a positive vibe every
day, which made her classroom a welcoming and encouraging place to learn.
Her fairness stood out to me as well. Mrs. Suba-an treated all students
equally, regardless of their academic standing, and she was always
approachable for help or advice. Her commitment to our education was
unwavering, and she inspired me to push myself to understand and
appreciate the complexities of science. It was clear that she genuinely cared
about our growth, both academically and personally, making her a truly
remarkable teacher.
Lyra Tismo
Teacher Lyra was another teacher I admired for her humility and intelligence.
She was a very fast-paced teacher, but she never compromised on the
quality of our learning. Despite the quick pace, she made sure that we
understood the lessons thoroughly, often using humor to make the material
more engaging and easier to grasp. Her approach was very Gen Z, vibing
well with our generation, which made her classes enjoyable and relatable.
What I loved most about Ms. Tismo was her fairness and readiness to share
her knowledge with us. She had a unique ability to teach us the easier way
to understand complex topics without sacrificing the depth of the content.
Her teaching style was both practical and efficient, and I always felt like I was
learning something valuable in her classes. She had a genuine passion for
teaching, which was evident in every lesson she taught.

Nneka Jean Panggapalan

Teacher Nneka was another favorite because of her blend of humor and
intelligence. She had a fast-paced teaching style that kept us on our toes,
ensuring that we stayed engaged and absorbed as much information as
possible. Despite the speed, she was very careful not to compromise our
learning, always making sure we fully grasped the material before moving
on. Her humor made even the most challenging topics more accessible and
less intimidating. Her humility and fairness made her stand out as a teacher.
She never tolerated cheating and maintained a strict but fair classroom
environment, which I greatly respected. Mrs. Panggapalan was always ready
to share her knowledge, and her enthusiasm for science was contagious. Her
ability to connect with us on a personal level, combined with her rigorous
academic standards, made her one of the best teachers I had in high school.
