KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Cost Reporting - Preparation of detailed breakdown of Cost to completion Projection. Production of Operating
Statements, cost value reconciliation, reporting and advisiong on project cash flows and profitability. Maintaining Rolling
Final Account to continuously monitor & report on the Financial health of the project.
Financial Management of supply chain including procurement, interim payment, valuation of change, agreement of final
accounts.
Contract Administration- Preparation of Bid Tabs, Cost Coding of expenses to ensure strict adherence to contract
allowances. Store Control to ensure proper stock records. Monitoring of Production Outputs and advice Project Manager in
relation to yields on allowances. Identifying variances to projected cost to take loss mitigation measures. Identifying areas
of waste or loss on materials. Monitoring overall cost control to ensure that they are within the Tender / CTC allowances.
Change Management by ensuring identification of variations / varied work, issuance of timely notifications as per contract
provisions. Ensure maintenance of contemporary record like Daily site report, Manpower logs, signed Day work sheets
etc. Supply Chain Management- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, timely issuance of purchase orders,
subcontract agreements. Administering the payments, ensuring insurances, bonds, warranties/guarantees are in place as
per the requirements and to monitor formal signing of final accounts. Issuance of timely notices to subcontractors and
suppliers for breach of PO / Subcontract terms and conditions. Monitoring all Project correspondences for commercial
issues and initiate commercial correspondence. Submission of Client Interim Applications, ensuring payment certifications
and payments as issued per Contract payment terms. Maintaining Rolling Final Account to have live / upto date data on
project financial status. Final Account Preparation and agreement with Main Contractor / Client.
