REFLECTION
Physical Education played a significant role in shaping our physical and mental
capabilities, making it an invaluable component of our education, providing a platform for
physical activity and promoting a healthy lifestyle through various sports. This subject has
not only improved my physical fitness but also enhanced my overall well-being, allows me
to develop discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. The physical education organized an
activity or event which is called P.E day that was held on 16th of May, which provides an
opportunity for us to showcase and to empower our skills and talents in various sports.
This event has a set of tournament for sports such as volleyball and basketball as well as
bench yell.
Before the event we encounter numerous circumstances that make us struggle and
challenged in preparing and practicing for the competition. For instance, lack of time and
conflict and hectic schedules, specially for me I was preparing for my 3 remaining demo
teaching that time and it was really hard for me on what should be prioritize. However, if it
is important to you, if you really want to do it; you can and you will find a way, and that’s
what I did. I find ways and I did an adjustment in order to join the practice, well actually its
not only me did an adjustment for the competition but everyone of us. Eventually, we
conquer those circumstances and challenges through our unity in working as one and with
the perseverance to perform well for the event, even though the performance is not that
perfect but atleast we give our best, we put an effort on it and what important is that we
enjoyed it,we bonded together as this is the last P.E subject that we have.
The event of Physical Education subject does not just gives us an opportunity and
enthusiasm but also gives us some lessons that teaches us the importance of teamwork.
Hence, it is not the talent that wins games, but teamwork and perseverance wins
championship. Special thanks to our most handsome, generous and man of God instructor
no other than sir Dave. We are beyond grateful for you are compassionate, considerate
and have patience to us. All of these achievement wouldn’t be possible without your
support sir and by the way we congratulate you sir for passing the LET examination and I
declare more blessings as you walked on the path that God has set before you and may
you find strength, peace and joy in every step you take.
