JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Well expert in planning time study, sound knowledge about garments break down and lay out system (Standard minute value). Having well knowing motivating system, believe in Coordination in all Department from Lower level to higher level in all unit of Production and Export program.
 Following up human rights situation which HRD Department.
 Quality control planning for all the Buyers in the unit.  Arrangements of daily or weekly Basis meeting which quality production, Quality department subordinates & concern Factory peoples.
Organizing Quality in inspection for the materials in process, pre-shipmen Etch keeping record and report from the top arrangement in a day weekly & monthly. The buyer I worked with are Jorge, Wal-Mart, Sears, WWW Apparels (Target) Mother Care, Wallis, B.S.S, Big Dog, Gap, Tesco (UK & USA) etc.
