• Correctly mount the display on his location.
• Connect protected earth.
• Connect power supply cord and but don’t switch on.

5.2 – First configuration with a USB Key

This USB Key must be created with ConfigTAG490 software (see configuration manual).

FISRT METHOD
Put the correct USB Key in the display (mother board cabinet) and live it in the display.

Then switch the display on.

After a few minutes, if the configuration in the USB key is not the same as the actual internal
memory configuration, the display will read the USB key configuration, save this configuration
in his memory and then automatically reboot the display.
After that, you can connect the display to the network.

This kind of configuration is very convenient for maintenance teams.

They don’t need keyboard and configuration manual when they change a bad display by
a new one.
There is no risk of losing the USB key or putting a bad USB key in the new display.

With a USB keyboard connected to the display, you have to put the good network parameters
in d:/osd/osd_network.txt file of the display:
• DHCP_LAN1 must be 0
• IP_ADDRESS_LAN1 must be the correct IP address of the display
• SUBNET_MASK_LAN1 must be the correct subnet mask for the network
• GATEWAY_LAN1 must be the IP address of the default gateway of the network

Save the file and then reboot the display.
